Despite the challenges faced due to COVID - 19, our course leaders have adapted the programme in order to overcome the barriers put in place and us as students have strived to overcome this also. Having started for a few weeks online, still learning in our full timetabled practical lessons from home, to then moving back to the uni to continue our studies in person, we have had a different experience for sure, however it has only made us more resilient as people and as performers.

Great facilities, spring floors, large spaces, mirrors and ballet bars (both built in and portable). Piano’s in every practice room for singing. Speakers available in all rooms. Disabled entrances and exits are present in all facilities with both lifts and ramps.

Student applied physio is available for all students no matter the course. Mental health advisors are available in person and by email through a tutorial system. All tutors act as advisors and are all kind and caring people.

Having 17.5 hrs a week of lesson time, rehearsals for shows, extra opportunities for 1-1 lessons and tutorials, the course provides an in depth and intense training programme for aspiring performers.
