Setup an international support team

Make it more easier I mean the technology is a bit hard to understand

Overall, the people working there, studying there and just those that are a part of the uni are fine. The newer buildings are great. There is lots of accessibility and it feels nice to be a part of the uni.

I would have to say that on my course in particular a lot of my peers and myself find ourselves struggling to understand a particular assignment or lecture topic even after asking a lecturer (e.g.). Sometimes the instructions given are not clear and many of us find ourselves trying to figure it out amongst ourselves on our respective online group chats. This is not always the case, but has happened on more than one occasion. The lecturers are very nice and reasonable people.
