Nice facilities, friendly staff, and good location. However, some support is extremely difficult to acquire. Often emails/queries will go without answer for weeks on end. Some never get an answer.

Decent pace in well-established modules. Some are extremely easy and detailed. While others (particularly new ones) lack good pace and key information. Learning a topic which should take 60 hours in 6 hours is not okay.

Near key university facilities, on-site Amazon locker, UNRELIABLE high-speed internet, maintained decently; however some maintenence calls go without answer and no reasoning for it.

Facilities are constantly being improved, especially with the new student centre and surrounding area. Some buildings are outdated but still work for lectures etc. Lectures are open to helping and working to suit the cohorts needs

Sometimes it is frustrating when lecturer's and professionals don't work full time especially regarding placement. As we are on full time placements, my uni tutor only works monday-wednesday so if I have an issue Thursday morning it won't be acknowledged by my tutor until Monday morning at the earliest

Value for money is not the best as the private student halls are much cheaper with a double bed and proper ensuite, whereas roeburn is single bed and wetroom ensuite.
