The course leader is experienced and a great tutor and is supported by good technicians. The facilities are among the best for printmaking anywhere. If you are not mad keen on essay writing it's good as the focus is on practical work. There are no exams. The emphasis instead is in documenting your research and methods. The only downside is the teaching of the extra courses like contextual studies (art history) and professional development where the teaching staff are not quite as strong (but not terrible).

There's a good amount of studio time. Almost all is face to face. You get out what you put in.

The atmosphere is great however, as my course is still quite new meaning some things are not perfect which is fine
