The facilities are great. The course is keeping up with current developments and changes in the industry. It is clear and well structured course that is easy follow even useful out of university materials are suggested by teachers which is very helpful. The teachers are understanding and are willing to commit extra time to help students that might not fully understand topics within the lesson and outside of it. Overall its a great experience so far even the exams were well organised and clear which from my experience in other schools wasn't as organised especially when you have extra arrangements that they need to take into consideration. The university took everything into consideration and makes the whole process run smoothly. Would recommend this course.

The course is taught in person. With lectures and independent learning sessions as well as a few seminars that go over the material that was covered in lectures in a more interactive way with examples and extra questions. All the slides that were covered in the lectures are available at least a day before the lecture so you can write your notes alongside the slides which is much easier than frantically jotting down notes before the teacher goes on the the next slide. Examples and independent study tasks that put to use the things learnt in lectures are also available online so it is easy to catch up if you need to miss a session because your sick. I commute down to Brighton so it would be easier if the lessons where more bunched up instead of spreading them over the whole week that would make it easier to find a part time job alongside studying at least in my case.

The University provides a wide range of courses and the lecturers are very good. I was based in Eastbourne with all the sports, hospitality and nursing students. The first two years at University it seemed as though the Eastbourne Campus was based predominantly around the sports faculty however towards the end of my third year things were coming slightly more even. Halls (Uni Accommodation) was great, In a great location next to all the University Facilities (a bit of a trek for Hospitality and events students) and just a short walk to town. Really nice grounds and nice meals as well with washing facilities on site. To be honest, what lets the uni down is the student union. When I was there it was pretty much non-existent and is mainly focused on the Brighton Campus. I know that this is much better now, but compared to a lot of the Universities my friends went too, our events were of quite a poor standard. I'm sure Brighton Campus students would say differently as it seems like they have a lot of fun and great events.
