The staff are helpful and friendly, it’s easy to navigate around the University and from my experience has been a very positive place to study

I think the mix blended class are a good idea, having the lecture online and then come into campus for practicals works well. When I need to contact my lecturers they’re quick with their responses and help out when it’s needed

This University might not be the richest one or the largest however in quality of lecturers, research and academic rigour is one of the best ones. I did Psychology at Abertay and although Dundee is not a great place to live, I was constantly challenged and enocuraged to give my best. the lecturers are really good, experienced staff committed to research and not just PHD students like in other Major institutions. Abertay Lack the funds to have huge facilities and resources, thats a fact, yet it challenges lecturers and students to be scientifically creative everyday. I am really satisfied with my outcome and learnings, yet, I know sometimes the name of some universities is stronger than their academic quality and I know this as I know people who did my course in major universities and their Critical, theorerical and scietific approach to models and theory are very low as compared with most Abertay Students.
