i think that ua92 is great for student support and how the lessons are set out and run. i think that its a friendly welcoming environment. however i think the student life could be improved as there is no union and not many socials are run i think it will be good as an extra way to make friends and connect with people and give the students things to do

i really enjoy my course and i feel we do a lot of relevant content to what we want to do in the future it has also made me feel more confident in my future. we have also had great opportunities meeting guest lecturers that are within the industry which is also a good way to make connections for the future . however we haven’t done much placements as of yet

What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?
i liked the quality of the room and the facilities i also like the location as it’s near lots of shops and a tram stop so easy to get into town. however i dislike how it’s not shared living as this would of been a good way to meet people when first starting uni. also there is no reception room to chill in and mix with friends

I would argue that attending UA92 one of the best choices I’ve ever made. From an excellent student support team and friendly lecturers/staff, to allowing students to attend amazing industry experiences, UA92 makes you feel right at home from the off. The lecturers have experienced first hand the industry in which students wish to step into, allowing for high quality, engaging seminars from day one. The cosy atmosphere of the university campus is always a go to, with sofa’s and breakout spaces right across both campus’. The only bad side for UA92 in my opinion is how busy my tram is on the way home.

My classes are split into 4 hours a day 4 days a week. I’m an afternoon student so my classes are from 2-6pm. Although at first i imagined this to be difficult to adapt to after going through the usual 9-4pm in high school and college, it gives ample opportunity for students who love a lie in (me) to have one, alongside allowing a permenant timetable you can plan your outside uni life around. Whether that be a part time job or in my case volunteering at my local football club, the structure is certainly a positive. UA92 (like most educational institutions) uses microsoft teams. This makes it significantly easy to contact your lecturers who are always quick to reply with any questions students have. For me the biggest selling point of UA92 is the 1-1 teaching. As someone with dyslexia I can sometimes struggle with bigger classes where the student teacher relationship can be distant. However at UA92, class sizes are small, allowing for a significant boost in 1-1 teaching with industry level professionals that helps benefit your studies massively.
