Ensure that their is a more direct connection with students that have learning difficulties between the lecturer and student for each module. Have event that can be more aware of mature student. Since most event would be based around the 18 to 22 group rather than 25 plus.

I like the currency model of lecture and labs since this gives opportunity for all students to do coursework and revision. It’s up to the students to come to do the work.
