Increase the efficiency of the layout of the buildings as the room numbers make no sense. Make the library quieter by giving it walls on all sides. Make staff more accessible by placing their offices in a more central location.

It is a research course which means it is mostly self-driven with input from supervisors, which suits my working style. The training and workshops available are outstanding and the flexibility to work hours that suit me best is fantastic.
