One of the best parts of my university experience has been the supportive and friendly nature of the faculty. Lecturers are approachable, genuinely willing to help, and often go beyond formal teaching to provide academic guidance, clarity, and encouragement. This has made learning much more engaging and comfortable. I have also really appreciated the Student Union, which creates a vibrant and inclusive environment on campus. The range of events, societies, volunteer opportunities, and wellbeing support helps students feel connected and involved. It has played a big role in making the university community feel welcoming. Another highlight is the library, which offers excellent study spaces, quiet zones, group rooms, and access to high-quality academic resources. The staff are helpful, and the extended hours during exam periods make it an ideal space for productivity.

One of the best aspects of my course is the blended learning approach, which combines in-person teaching with online resources. This gives me flexibility while still allowing meaningful face-to-face interactions. The contact with lecturers has also been excellent—most tutors are approachable, responsive, and willing to provide clarification or support whenever needed. I also appreciate the structured course hours and the way the modules are organised, which helps in understanding complex public health concepts in a step-by-step manner. The use of real-world examples, case studies, and interactive discussions makes the teaching more engaging and relevant. Additionally, while the blended approach is helpful, some online sessions could be more interactive, as occasionally they feel more like one-way lectures. Increasing opportunities for discussion or small-group activities in online classes would improve engagement.
