The student wellbeing team and the lecturers are caring and knowledgeable. Everyone I’ve met is down to earth and resources are well thought out and accessible. Here, the staff want students to succeed and it shows. I do not feel like a number. And as a mature, neurodivergent student, the idea of university was particularly daunting. I’m glad I made the leap. The campus is beautiful and has a range of facilities, including a woodland area, an amazing gym and a library that is my favourite place on the whole site. People are generally friendly and there are decent transport links. Parking for students that commute would be an improvement. That said, they have a commuters lounge that enables students who live off campus to have a home away from home. Top tier institution where being human is the first thought.

The course is comprehensive (so far) and really challenges the students to think and continue down rabbit holes of interest. There is sufficient encouragement and accountability- lots of resources in many different formats and the lecturers do go out of their way to adapt material to a wide range of student needs.
