Overall SOAS has a distinct academic profile which makes it an interesting place to study social science, and the academics seem very supportive. I think the administrative process may be improved since it is still relatively slow in responding to student inquiries.

I think the department has to improved its transparency of information about the dataset collection, and add more datasets subscribed to ease the students in getting high quality secondary data for their research or other academic works

Some facilities in the apartment are not functioning well, so maintenance has to be improved. The receptionist can also be made more accessible.

Just started university. So far programme staff is very supportive.
