The university feels very supportive and friendly, especially for new students. The subjects are also very interesting and come at it with an approach that is different to other universities. The location is suitable as a commuter which allows me to enter and exit with ease at any time. I would recommend others to think about SOAS as their next university.

The course is in person with a mixture of different modules. The best aspects of the course are the various welcome events and inductions that come with the course and the people you meet as well as meeting all the teaching staff but the admin process can be much improved. However, the university community is supportive as well as staff in helping with anything students need which is hugely beneficial.
