Roehampton has a beautiful campus that’s amazing for walking to and from lectures, when you go to the postroom, just taking a stroll etc. there is a collegiate system which provides a brilliant social life (particularly Froebel college) as they have college only events which is based off your course and/or your accomodation location. There’s not a brilliant range of halls. It’s either the high end or the lower end. Nicest one is chadwick hall by far! The library is amazing. During exam season this is 24 hours. Each level has a different noise level. The union bar is great for socialising. It’s open during the day and people sometimes work and chill here or have their lunch in between classes as there is also a costa. Karaoke is a weekly event and ‘bop’ is a fortnightly event. This is where the union turns into a club basically. These are both good. Very happy I chose this university and it’s definitely underrated. However beware of the expenses as it is London!

This course is very intense but that’s great as we are getting the most out of it. Seminars are mostly pretty pointless though. We don’t learn much besides doing the practicals that the children do e.g. we did pond dipping for an hour in science. There’s lot of contact time but the staff are great with helping you when you need it. Lots of placement opportunities too!

Although expensive, this is the best accomodation for roehampton by far. Bigger kitchens and bigger rooms than elm grove. Never had an issue with wifi and the cleaners are great. Security take a little longer to help with any issues as chadwick is slightly off campus even though classes as ON campus. The rooms are lovely. You can either get a room with a double bed, a room with a balcony, or a standard room. It’s never too loud here and has a very beautiful surrounding. Close to bus stops too
