Best is definitely the student support staff, I have felt very supported throughout my study. The worst part is the travel to uni, though there is a train station, it's too expensive to always take the train so I have to commute by bus only, and it takes a long time.

The best aspect is some of the lecturers, but definitely not all. Some feel severely under qualified to teach what they teach. But most are great! The amount of group work is too much for the course, especially when you do not know many people and keep ending up with others that do not do much.
