Everybody's journey through uni has its ups and downs and I am one to vouch for that. I started five years ago, in which I didn't talk to anybody and kept myself to myself, thinking why I was doing the course as I was too thick! Now with all the help and support I am much more confident, made friends and now have faith in myself and wanting to achieve a First! They have given us experiences in which I wouldn't ever have been able to be apart of if I hadn't attended (helping children in Ghana, learning about childhood theorists in Italy). I have so much thanks to give to the university, for the help and support and for helping me become who I am today.

The facilities are excellent with it being a new build, we have access to Starbucks, our own bistro and we have a membership to app from which is a sports club just next to our uni.

I have been overwhelmed with support received from the university from the tutors being at hand with any problems at any time of day or night. I have also received support from tutors who teach on other courses and are more than happy to help if they can. We receive regular informative feedback which helps identify our strengths and weakness's. I have accessed academic support and counselling in which is always accessible and has helped me with dyslexia, anxiety and depression and if it wasn't for all this support, I would have quitted in my first year.

After being apart of uni for the last 5 years I have enjoyed the various modules which have been taught, through making a video, an ebook, presenting an activity at a science fair for children and the many assignments.

There are regular study skills sessions, we have guest lecturers in which we can attend or they talk in class. There are regular events which take place i.e employability fair, Business fair.
