Best aspects is how easy it is to settle in, staff are very friendly and approachable and make the lectures/seminars very interesting and engaging. The city of Liverpool is also great and has good atmosphere. I don't really have any complaints but if I was to give any it would be the gym equipment in albert court isn't the greatest but due to the size it's good.

All the staff are very helpful and welcoming. It was really easy for me to make friends because of all the activities we did at the start of the year for example we all went to hilbre island for a trip and now I've made some of my closest friends. My anxiety and depression was really bad last year so I went to speak to the wellbeing team and they helped me so much and now I'm doing a lot better this year. The location and area is amazing too, all my building are less than 5 minutes away and so close to the train station and bus stations.
