The sports facilities are amazing at Hope park sports. From clinic spaces to outdoor 4G pitches.

The best aspect is the ease of contact with personal tutors.

The location was amazing on campus. Single beds were small and could be uncomfortable.

The learning support department are really accommodating. The worst aspect is probably emailing staff about support (late replies/useless replies that don’t clarify or give any reassurance), sometimes there’s not enough help with essays and my class has even been told “once you start writing you’ll get it”, after asking how do we do it, which obviously doesn’t help.

No option for a placement year or much help with getting work experience. Just told of places that we can contact ourselves, and I have contacted but don’t hear back, so doesn’t exactly help. Now a lot of psychology students are leaving with no experience under their belt and having to spend their first year out of uni not earning any money because we have to do work experience after uni.

Close to lectures, decent room, obviously a bit outdated and could do with more storage spaces. However, could do more with noise complaints as people blast music, not everyone came to uni wanting to party every night.
