The university is at the heart of Leeds, the content taught is relevant and the lecturers’ delivery is impeccable. Making it easy for students with learning difficulties (like myself) to understand and achieve good grades, like a 2:1 or a first class. It could be improved by adding character to the campus in the city centre. It feels like a soulless corporate building at times.

Best: flexible schedule so I can work or gain experience around my lectures, seminars and assessments. Worse: contact with lecturers is sometimes inadequate and late.

Most: the location, the sense of community and common interests shared with my flatmates and others I’ve met. Least: Sometimes noisy at unruly hours like 2/3am on a Tuesday and property upkeep is a bit lacking.

Best: Good clean facilities and very engaging staff Worst: none
