Best aspects of my uni are the development opportunities they provide to students in the form of jobs, whether its support with getting a placement year/internship, or jobs on campus (which pay pretty well). Worst aspect is there's a fair bit of discord between the students and the management of the uni, it feels like there is little support between the two and the students union picks up the slack.

Lecturers are the best part of my course, they're all very supportive and do everything they can to help us be successful. Worst part is the low contact hours, it's hard to see where all the money we pay goes.

They're a bit expensive but still not bad for what you pay. They're too strict on noise and having people stay with you. They need to make them more liveable in shared living areas, such as adding sofas or Beanbags. We only had a table and chairs in the kitchen and it's not comfortable.

I love how the campuses is so full of nature. There are so many events on all the time, it’s great. I personally felt very lost navigating how uni works with regards to grades and exams. I’m still not entirely sure but i understand a lot more after talking to students.

Many people found it tough doing grammar online. People tend to not speak because they don’t have to. I think this lesson would be much better off taught in person and students would also progress quicker if this were the case. The Chinese context/culture essay questions could have been released earlier as this caused a lot of unnecessary extra stress.

Cleaners seem to spend a long time inside the flat but don’t appear to actually do much cleaning. One cleaner had a very bad cough spraying germs everywhere which I could hear from my room. This made me very uncomfortable as I am very anxious about falling sick. I have been ill a lot in the past and it is both mentally and physically debilitating. We had a leak and the plumbing service was very quick to act so this was appreciated.
