The campus has a very homely and community feel to it. There are loads of places to study and socialise on campus. I like having my university studies separated from my home in the city, allowing me to integrate into the local community away from my studies. The commute can be a challenge with bus services not always being reliable and the night life is not as good as other universities.

My course is highly focused on blended learning with lectures, seminars, tutorials, practicals, workshops and labs keeping my studies interesting and engaging each week. This also allows me to develop a variety of skills needed in various career prospects. It can be challenging having such a varied course with many different skill sets ranging from essay writing to lab work being necessary.

Uni halls were well located within a short walking distance from lectures and campus shops/ bars. The quality of the accommodation was not in line with the price I had to pay which is why I decided to move into rented housing in the city for my second year.
