Fantastic campus and atmosphere. The collegiate system is both good and inhibiting as it leads to living complications in second and third year. The job opportunities that arise from having a degree from Lancaster are fantastic due to its reputation and high rankings in the league tables. The only draw back is the city life is lack-luster with some shops not available that one might expect in a city centre. Nightlife is pretty low compared with "home" (Manchester). Also, the shops on campus are excessively expensive.

Sometimes feel like the union has an alternate agenda, prioritising money over the interests of the students.

Most things you need are available, however night life isn't that good and sometimes certain shops (such as the apple shop) isn't available. Although maybe I'm spoilt as I grew up in Manchester.

Always open for feedback leading to the best possible lectures. Sometimes just reading off a powerpoint which isn't helpful.

Lots of programmes and talks and advice available to help with getting a job at the end of University.
