Great rural university with a great community feel due to the small nature of it. Large range of clubs and societies catering for a huge variety of interests. Improvements to SU in regards to events and preserving university heritage and retaining the Harper's unique aspect. Rural nature leads to large reduction in transport links in comparison to city based universities.

Great course with very knowledgeable lecturers with a strong interest in helping and supporting their students. Great practical facilities which are actually used both in lectures and for projects. Can be heavy going and requires a lot of time and dedication.

Rural based university is reflected in lesser transport opportunities. On site minibus service to local town and free parking for all students is good. Small town with Lidl, Aldi, Waitrose, B&M, many pubs, banks, cafes, charity shops. Close proximity to Telford with train stations, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas etc.

Shared facilities w/ Monday-Friday Catered package Larger room (due to lack of en-suite) was great, allowed for more space to spread out, have friends over etc. Older building, reflected in condition of furnishings

Lectures and support staff are really helpful and are always available. The library a great place to study in between lectures. However the Su feel like doing the minimum that can and make it hard to run/creat a society and very bias towards sporting society.

Course is very engaging and everything done to have as may practical session as possible.
