The library is such a good place to study with quiet spaces available so noise is never an issue. The campus is close to the nearby town Ormskirk so shops are not far away, and as everything is on one campus it has a nice close-knit feel. There's a good range of support available from academic to personal issues, though the quality of support does vary depending on who you go to. Overall, I'm really glad I came here, it was definitely the choice for me.

The course is all in person, from a mix of taught lectures and labs. Lots of the lecturers are lovely and respond quickly to emails in a positive manner and there's always opportunities to talk to them after the lecture has ended to ask immediate questions. Information about assignments can be a bit confusing, however, but most lecturers are willing to provide clarification.

Overall I think the halls on campus are great, and what they offer is far better than other Universities I've visited. Some halls can be a bit finicky with the internet/WiFi, though I've had no problems with the Ethernet. I like the system of reporting issues with accommodation, e.g. leaking sink or broken hob, though communication on what's been done to fix the issue and if any extra work needs to be done could be better.

Best - good amount of course hours which is do able, like when lecturers make lecture notes Worst - contact with lecturers, amount of reading but they’ve added a reading week which is very helpful

Most - provides everything I need, love the location, view outside is nice can see the birds and rabbits, kitchen is spacious, enough storage space. Least - repairing there can be problems. Took a month for them to fix our broken microwave. My friends shower floor was damaged and instead of fixing it they just moved her to another room.
