overall i enjoy university, although i personally struggle with certain things that can make it challenging i still appreciate what it offers for me, despite this i feel that the modules can be a little bit presumptuous of your knowledge, a lot of things aren’t explained which can make it quite flustering i’m finding it hard to find people to talk to, i’m not really sure who to look to for support, which can make it difficulty to feel motivated to find new things engaging, this is a very frequent feeling for me but it’s not all what the uni is doing wrong despite these feelings i find the people around me to be super interesting, they all have individual goals with the same focal point of music production which is quite refreshing, i need to try and get help to keep myself going with things here

i feel the subjects feel quite rushed and they have lots of content which doesn’t feel all that useful personally, i think they can be quite disengaging but sometime useful and productive

The tailored support from the university has truly been my saving grace.

My lecturers have been the foundation of my learning, wether it's emotional support to academic support, my needs have always been met and I am regularly checked up on and kept on track. This has provided structure and support in areas I have lacked in the past.

Plymouth is better than Exeter, but still lacking in terms of a city. Mainstream sources of entertainment are prevalent but the more niche avantgarde interests are lacking from the city. It lacks its own sense of culture but conforms to the rigid monotony that the south west of England provides. No development in terms of entertainment, unless you like drinking, football, and awful club music
