The calibre of equipment available is absolutely fantastic and truly is industry-standard, I just wish they had more instruments available to use! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgable, always approachable if you've got any questions or queries and have great industry contacts. It always seems to be very quiet when on campus, I guess this is both a good and a bad thing!

Not many contact hours but the lectures in general are all very engaging. If extra help is needed the staff are always willing to help out. There's a job board which is regularly updated which is handy but very little opportunity directly from the uni has come so far.

Manchester is a fantastic place to live as a student. Work opportunities regularly pop up and generally the culture is beautifully diverse. So many incredible food options and independent businesses too!
