The best aspect of the course is its one year

The university campus offers great facilities and it’s clear that it’s kept updated and clean. One thing I wish was easier about attending my campus is the bus system (met rider). The closest stop is about a 20 minute walk from my accommodation, so having that closer would be a lot easier for me and others, particularly in the colder months when walking is more difficult.

I’m happy with the hours of my course as well as the way the lectures are held and taught. I feel that finance is the most appropriate module of the course so far, applying key concepts and principles needed to run a business/involved in the world of business. One of the less relevant modules I find is the law module. It definitely applies to business however it does feel like we’re being taught extra things that aren’t necessarily required to run a business/apply to this degree.

I believe my student accommodation has good and fair value for money and I’m happy with the room I’ve been allocated. It’s not too far from the city centre which is one of my favourite qualities of the accommodation, as well as feeling safe due to the good security system and the fact that it’s gated on the outside. I like that it’s the perfect middle point between campus and the city. I enjoy certain features of my room which make my life as a student a little easier, such as the under-bed storage which supplies plenty of space for my things, as well as the large desk that is provided.
