The university itself is great, my course is amazing and I really enjoy it, but I think they could definitely improve on student support although is already great, and they do offer quite a lot of student activities however they aren’t very inclusive so a lot go a miss with a lot of students!

I love my course and the content however I do think we need more 1:1 support as haven’t received any tutor time yet and think there's always room for improvement with facilities

I love the location as only a 15 minute walk to campus, local shops, parks etc, I think the security are really great here so gives a safe feel, i also think I've been given a great room. The wifi is definitely not the best and they have tried to fix it multiple times but it just crashes too often, the service also doesn't work for certain phones so not a lot of people have access for data. The value for money is worth it but theres always things you question for example: washing prices etc. the overall property management is great, we see the cleaners and maintenance a lot, weekly fire alarm checks etc
