Student support is great with counselling, career guidance and academic assistance that help students succeed in their studies BCU could improve in areas of communication, timely and clear information from the university administration will go a long way in helping new international students settle easier. The university should also establish effective feedback mechanisms between the students and the faculties, so that concerns can be addressed promptly.
