Chichester University has such a warm and welcoming community that is diverse and supportive. The nursing course is new and takes place in building equipted with state of the art technology and simulation rooms.
One of the reasons I chose Chichester uni to complete my nursing is because of the technology but also because the class number is smaller than other universities and you can get to know your cohort and lecturers and feel more comfortable to ask more questions and make suggestions. Due to the nursing course being new there are teething issues such as miscommunication and some confusion in planning and sometimes technology failure but they are usually quickly fixed and you are kept upto date with everything.

The course is taught 50% theory and 50% practical, therefore when doing theory work uni is 9-4 with breaks with some online work to complete to be able to go to placement.

Chichester University is near the centre of the centre, just a 10min walk away. There are affordable restaurants, pubs, and retail shopping. There are also a few nightclubs in town which are popular.
The town has such a deep history going beck to the Romans and is about 30mins drive from a nice beach that a bus also goes to.

Great course for nursing. Well laid out and a lot of support. The university itself doesn’t have a lot going on but is a good place for someone who doesn’t like nightlife. Near the sea and near to many cities
