My overall experience at Dundee University has been overwhelmingly positive. The university encourages creativity and participation, has an incredible selection of exciting module options and a dedicated selection of staff and students striving to make it enjoyable and accommodating for all. Dundee as a city is growing in benefits thanks to investment into the area, despite still missing decent theatres and looking a tad grotty the city is bursting with a feverish excitement for the future that infects all residents.

Dundee has a vast range of facilities all accessible to students and staff. The University is also willing to take on student suggestions and act upon them, such as the Library's Creative Centre which boasts and impressive array of creative materials (including 3D printers!) for student and staff enjoyment.

Dundee really pushes its help schemes. I have yet to need any of them but I know that they are there is I ever do, and I trust them to help. Feedback is always positively constructive and easy to understand.

Dundee Student Union endeavours to be accessible and accommodating to all, with success. There are a number of facilities and it is never empty.

Yes, everywhere you would need to is accessible within a short walk. Dundee is by no means a bustling city so has slim pickings in terms of good, diverse entertainment .

Dundee has an exceptional array of societies and sporting teams, with a high level of encouragement to set up your own if unable to find the one right for you.

Most: All lectures I have met thus far are incredibly passionate and willing to go beyond their standard teaching role for students, they are approachable and create excitement over the courses. Being in tutorial groups or smaller classes helps to push this further and allows an exploration of the subject studied before being tasked with essays. Least: Little physical exploration is made in classes, with teachers mostly taking over to express their views rather than allowing the students to develop the skills required prior to being graded on said skills. This is not always the case, but mainly so.

Dundee has a Careers Centre and talks from industry experts every month. Students in later years are given more priority for internship and transferable skill tutoring.
