Terms and Conditions: May 14 2025 - May 20 2025
1.0 Promoter
This prize is being awarded on behalf of the Promoter, under the Whatuni brand, by IDP Connect Ltd (02471319), First Floor, Bedford House, Fulham Green, 69-79 Fulham High Street, London SW6 3JW.
2.0 Prize defined
One eligible winner will be awarded the following:

3.0 Entrance criteria
3.1 This competition is open to all students who:

Must be a UK resident.

Must be a student or a prospective student
3.2 Eligible students can submit an entry by:

Step 1: Liking the Instagram post https://www.instagram.com/whatuni/

Step 2: Commenting on the post telling us which University you think will win

Step 3: Follow the Whatuni Instagram account
3.3. Eligible students who complete the steps in 3.2 will be given one entry into the competition.
3.4. The steps in section 3.1 must be completed between 00:00 GMT on 14 May 2025 to 23:59 GMT+1 on 20 May 2025.
After this time and date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3.5. All entrants must agree to these Terms and Conditions of the competition.
3.6. This competition is open to persons residing in the UK only.
4.0 Receipt of prize
4.1 The Prize does not include insurance.
4.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter will not liable for any damage, loss or theft of the Prize during transit to the winner or at any point after the winner receives the Prize.
4.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with this competition.
4.4. The Promoter shall not be liable to the extent that it is delayed in or prevented from providing the Prize to the winner to the extent that it is delayed in or prevented from doing so due to any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including but not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, theft, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemic or pandemic, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question (a “Force Majeure Event”).
5.0 Winner selection
5.1 One winner will be selected no later than 18:00 GMT on 30 May 2025.
5.2 The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received within the competition date.
5.3 Promoter will contact the prize winner via email.
5.4. The winner will be contacted on 3 separate occasions within 14 days of the initial prize draw. They will be given a further 14 days to confirm prize acceptance. After that time, if the Promoter has not been notified of acceptance by the winner, the Promoter will select a new winner.
The winner must consent to providing the following details to the Promoter:

Bank account details
Refusal or failure on the part of the winner to provide its consent or any of the information mentioned above will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new winner will be selected.
