The university of Aberdeen international study center is a great place to study! The student support staff is very friendly and always there to help. The professors are highly qualified and have a very friendly behavior. There are multi-faith chaplaincies and a mosque for religious students. Facilities like coffee shops and canteen are available. The university has a huge library with a lot of space for self study. The campus itself is really beautiful. A huge number of international students are there, so making friends isn't a tough job. I love all the student deals. However, I feel like many of the student activity processes could be streamlined as it seems so overwhelming as a foreigner/first-year. Like, having to book a ticket, but then still waiting in line or an event being overbooked via ticketing that people are dissuaded to come. Then, when the event takes place, the ticket holders don’t even come.

The campus is massive, has a lot of facilities. The technology used is never old, especially the computers which run really smoothly compared to other unis/colleges. Library is an amazing source and place to study. Time to travel to university is a bit of a hassle though, and a lot of the students seem less serious.
