Love the ability to use all the facilities whenever I wish to use them and being trained on things for my course has been so cool! The parking is a pain- I can’t park on the uni until 10- but my lecturers start at 9 so it doesn’t work. I then have to park elsewhere unless I wanted to pay a fine (which I have already had to do because I didn’t have a permit). If I could park from 8 this would be a great help pls thank you

The best parts of my university experience: The opportunity to learn from experts, access to amazing resources, and being in an intellectually stimulating environment. The diversity on campus, with people from all over the world, makes it really enriching. Also, the chance to be more independent and responsible – you really learn to manage your time and organize yourself. And of course, there are tons of networking opportunities that can help you with internships, jobs, and future connections. The worst parts: The stress and pressure can be overwhelming sometimes – tight deadlines, exams, and assignments can lead to burnout. The cost of education is another big issue – tuition fees, accommodation, and living expenses are really high, and it can be hard to manage financially. Also, in bigger universities, it can sometimes feel like you're just a number, and getting personal attention from professors can be tough. Lastly, while the academic side is solid, there isn’t always enough practical learning – more hands-on experience or real-world projects would be helpful. How things could be improved: Better mental health support would definitely help students deal with stress and pressure. Making education more affordable would also be a huge improvement, whether that’s through scholarships or reducing tuition fees. Smaller class sizes or more seminars would make a big difference too, as it would allow for more personal interaction with professors. More career services, internships, and job fairs would also be great to help students transition to the workforce. Finally, integrating more practical skills into the curriculum would give students more real-world experience and make the education feel more relevant to their future careers.

In herts you will experience multicultural society where you grt chance to interact with each other everyone is so friendly. The only worst experience i am having is timetable and class timing in uk every uni has 2 to 3 days classes and mostly online but here we have 4 days physical classes that really is difficult for majority of students other than uni of herts 10/10❤️🫶🏻

Most will start with the best thing ,I will start with what I actually not hate but not fun of, the weather is not good at most time. After staying for a while I have come to terms with it. What I love most about my college is how supportive the staff members are towards the student. Everyone is treated equally no discrimination, finding a place that does not discriminate is not easy and that why I make it one of the top university I have come across and be able to recommend to any students who are struggling to get one

The University of Dundee is home away from home. From the lecturers to the students we are joined as one community although we all come from different backgrounds. The University of Dundee is also a cosmopolitan city that even though you are miles away from from, you will always find someone from your country thus make you comfortable and easy to get assistance not to mention other tribes from Africa nation that also make the atmosphere conducive to adjust. Since the University of Dundee is a place where everybody feels like home away from home....their is no place or room for racist that is one thing that International students fall in love with the University. As an International students, am given a scholarship of 4000 pounds and you have a chance of continuing getting it as long as you keep your grades straight. Dundee is away from night life, everything is at slow pace and human needs are affordable. The only thing I don't like about University of dundee is that, the tuition fees are abit higher for international students and also the weather is very bad...its very cold .
