Living in the UWE Student Village has been a really good experience overall. The location is excellent, right on the Frenchay campus, which makes it easy to get to lectures and other university facilities. The flats have a friendly and social atmosphere, making it a great place to meet new people, especially in my first year. The rooms are a good size, and the accommodation feels safe and well-managed. The only downside is that the internet connection can be slow during busy times.

The Foundation Certificate for Business, Law and Social Sciences provides a great introduction to university-level study. The course content is clear and well-structured, helping students build academic skills and confidence before progressing to a degree. Lecturers are supportive and approachable, and classes are a good mix of group work and independent learning. Overall, it’s a useful and engaging foundation course that prepares you well for higher-level study.
