Located in the centre of England, Nottingham has excellent transport links, with London and other major cities less than two hours away by car or train. We have overseas campuses in China and Malaysia and an extensive network of international exchanges in Europe. As a founder member of the Universitas 21 consortium, students can undertake study at one of the partners in Australia, Canada, China, India, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden and the USA. Nearly all our students can apply to study abroad.
What's on offer
We offer a range of subjects grouped under five faculties: Arts; Engineering; Medicine and Health Sciences; Science; Social Sciences. Foundation courses are available.
A remarkable 39 subjects were awarded 22-24 out of 24 in the independent teaching assessment conducted by the Quality Assurance Agency. In the latest Research Assessment Exercise, more than 90 per cent of our research was classed as being of international quality, and nearly 60 per cent as 'world-leading' or 'internationally excellent'.
