Hear what our students say:
The University scored top marks – a ‘confidence’ rating – in its recent Quality Assurance Agency audit 2009, and received the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2011. Bedfordshire also received special praise in the latest Government Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) for its “world-leading” research.
Focusing on employability through its vocational courses, innovative teaching methods and links with industry, we are able to ensure its students are kept up-to-date with employer needs and graduates can enjoy employment rates as high as 90 per cent (in work and/or further study within six months of graduating) according to the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey 2011.
We have just invested £180m in new teaching and learning facilities which are designed around giving students the skills they need to succeed. The flagship £34m Campus Centre in Luton brings all student services and social and learning spaces together. Students also benefit from award-winning Student Information Desks on every campus.
We offer more than 150 courses at undergraduate level spanning a wide array of subjects including Business, Biomedical and Social Sciences, Education, Engineering, Media and Sport. See a full list of all Undergraduate courses we offer.
