Since 1914 we have offered vocationally inspired education relevant for the age. Back then our focus was on mining and ceramics. But times have changed and we have too. Now we’re delivering everything from Computer Games Design to Forensic Science.
Our vision and values are the foundation of Staffordshire University; it’s how we do things. That’ll never change.
What do students think?

Where will you live?
Our Stoke-on-Trent Campus gives you all the benefits of a full campus, yet you’re only a 15-minute walk from the city centre and just two minutes away from Stoke-on-Trent railway station. It’s a win-win, really.
When you first arrive, you’ll be jumping head first into all sorts of new experiences, and the campus is where you’ll be doing it all. From the big nights out during Welcome Week to the lazy nights in with your flatmates, this is where you’ll form friendships that could last a lifetime. Actually, after spending three great years so close to everyone, they’ll feel more like a family than a group of friends.

Campus Transformation - Inspiration in Progress
In 2016, Stoke-on-Trent becomes home to our main campus whilst retaining three smaller campuses at Stafford, Shrewsbury and Lichfield, which will become centres of excellence in Health, Education and Nursing and Midwifery.
Our vision is to deliver a vibrant, dynamic edge of city campus with brilliant learning and teaching facilities, good public transport links and social activities.
