Our active Students' Union runs clubs, societies, events and support services. The union is a hub for a range of societies that cover cultural, political and social interests. Specialist staff at the Union can also advise on any course concerns and external matters you may have.

Our open days run 11am-3pm. Our campus is next to Elephant and Castle underground station, and easily accessible from Waterloo and London Bridge mainline stations.

Our Employability Service offers advice on how to shape your career. This complete service provides free professional information, advice and guidance while you study at LSBU and for up to two years after you graduate.The service has strong relationships with employers and recruitment agencies to help create student employment opportunities.
Our student accommodation has been ranked fifth highest nationally and 'best in London' in the 2015 Whatuni Student Rankings.
LSBU has 1,400 single study bedrooms located across four residential developments. All our student accommodation is located within a 10 minute walk of the main Southwark campus and are ideally placed for public transport connections.
If you would prefer to live in privately rented accommodation, LSBU’s Accommodation Office has an extensive list of landlords and produces a range of publications to help you find somewhere to live.
Fees & Funding
All eligible full-time and part-time Home and EU undergraduate students are entitled to apply for affordable Student Loans towards their tuition fees covering the cost of their university education.
Home students may also be entitled to help covering the cost of their living costs such as accommodation, travel, food, books and entertainment by applying for a Maintenance Loan towards living costs. For eligible full-time undergraduate students joining us in the 2015/16 academic year we offer a generous package of financial support through our Access Bursary, or read about our other scholarships on offer.
