About this course

If you’re considering a career as a quantity surveyor, this accredited degree provides you with the first step. It reflects the technical, economic, legal and managerial expertise required in this industry. You’ll gain a business perspective, understanding the construction industry and its relationship to the consultancy market. You’ll graduate with a sound knowledge of the construction and development process and a range of financial and project management techniques. Through an independent research project, you’ll have the chance to study a topic of your choice in depth.
